Fort Dodge Women’s Connection brunch set for Feb. 11
Fort Dodge Women’s Connection will meet at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 11 at Tea Thyme, 2021 Sixth Ave. S. Reservations must be made by Friday by calling Kathy Meinders at 515-408-7981 or Marcia Johnson at 515-571-5443. Cost is $15 inclusive.
The speaker will be Laurie Kimball from Anoka, Minnesota. She has a master’s degree in counseling and is a retired psychiatric nurse. She married her childhood sweetheart, Greg, and they have three adult children and three grandchildren. Kimball is the author of “101 Tools to Build a Good Life” that helps people manage life’s challenges. Her book will be available after the meeting.
The special feature will be “Moving On.” Kimball will guide this fun, interactive presentation with discussion questions to help guests connect with others at their table.
