WEBSTER CITY -- Kendall Young Library will have modified hours throughout the month of December.

Dec. 12: Opens at 11a.m.

Dec. 24--25: Closed

Dec. 31 -- Jan. 1: Closed

Please note that there is no programming Dec. 23 to Jan. 3.
