Garden Club plant sale Thursday
The Fort Dodge Federated Garden Club annual plant/garage sale is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Lions Den, 731 Exposition Drive. Traditionally this sale offers perennials, annuals, vegetables, herbs, bulbs, houseplants and a raffle for a flowering basket. In addition, there will be garden-related books and tools, household items, puzzles and entertainment media, pots and vases and home and garden decor. No clothing will be offered. The sale is a fundraiser for the club and is open to the public.
