Applegate auction benefit Oct. 14
A live auction to benefit Heather Applegate and her family is Oct. 14. An auction preview begins at 2 p.m. with the live auction starting at 4 p.m. at Creekside, 1762 Johnson Ave. On Sept. 5, Applegate was in a freak accident that caused severe head trauma. She has been a patient in Iowa City since the accident. Due to the amount of trauma, a long recovery time is expected and it is not know when she will be able to return to her small business, Studio Fusion.
