UTOPIA returns to WCCT

WEBSTER CITY — The talented cast of UTOPIA returns to the Webster City Community Theatre stage for two shows on Sunday.

The professional troupe from Des Moines provided entertainment for the 2018 state convention of the Iowa Community Theatre Association when it was hosted by WCCT.

Shows are scheduled for 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the community theatre at 1001 Willson Ave. in Webster City. Outer doors will open one hour prior to each performance. There is no intermission.

Freewill offerings will be accepted. Admission tickets will be distributed at the door for general seating. Masks are required.

There will not be advance ticket sales or reserved seats. Individuals needing handicap seating should call 515-832-4456 and leave a message.

This great summer entertainment was created by Robert John Ford, a native of Fort Dodge. The revue includes original sketches and parody songs that celebrate-and poke a little fun at-the unique people, places, and traditions of this great state we call Iowa. Veteran actors Mary Bricker, Craig Petersen, Megan Schettler Schug and Eric Layden are featured in the musical.
