Prohibition in Iowa program in Mallard Wednesday
MALLARD — Linda Betsinger McCann, an Iowa native and author, will give a presentation on prohibition in Iowa at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Mallard Community Center, Mallard. McCann will share specific instances on how prohibition in the 1920s affected the Mallard area. McCann has had 12 non-fiction Iowa books published.
There is no admission charge.
