KYL foam party is Friday
WEBSTER CITY — Kendall Young Library, Webster City, is holding a foam party from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday outside the library. The whole family is invited to the end of summer reading foam party celebration. The foam is safe for children. Masks are not required. Wear your swim suits or clothes you don’t mind getting wet in.
