Fort Dodge Fine Arts annual meeting is 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Middle School Auditorium, 1015 Fifth Ave. N. Social time is 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. followed by the meeting at 6:15 p.m. Refreshments will be served and the meeting is open to the public.
