Wheels of GYC 70th anniversary Saturday
GOWRIE — Wheels of GYC Skating Rink 70th anniversary celebration is 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be a freewill donation tailgate lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Wheels of GYC parking lot. Pork burgers, side and drink will be served. There will be free cookies celebrating the 70th anniversary and Roy Scott’s 89th birthday. A freewill donation open skate is 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All donations will go toward building repairs.
