Humboldt Community Chorus is ready for practice; newcomers welcome
HUMBOLDT — The Humboldt Community Chorus will begin practices on Oct. 14.
Practices will begin at 7 p.m. in the former Humboldt middle school band room, located at the corner of Third Avenue North and Eighth Street North.
The chorus is made up of a 70 members and 20 piece Big Band that presents an annual variety show to four sold-out crowds.
Tthe annual performances will be Feb. 7, 8 and 9, 2020, under the direction of Terry Nelson at the Humboldt High School Auditorium.
Singers do not have to audition as everyone is welcome, including farmers when the field work is done.
