Thursday is present wrapping party
WEBSTER CITY — Kendall Young Library, Webster City, is holding a present wrapping party from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the library. Wrapping paper, scissors, tape, bows and gift tags will be provided. There will be holiday music, cookies and hot chocolate. There is a limit of five presents.
