Guest speaker to discuss living with vision problems
Guest speaker Kim Baraber will be at the meeting of the Eyeshare Support Group from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Northridge Apartments, Building 1, 2805 Sixth Ave. N. Barber is the Independent Living supervisor from the Iowa Department for the Blind in Des Moines. She will discuss options and issues surrounding people with vision problems who wish to continue to live independently.
Eyeshare Support Group regularly meets the second Tuesday of each month. Anyone with questions about visual problems they or their loved ones may have are encouraged to attend. For more information, call (712) 887-1109.
