CALLENDER — Leonard and Mary Schneider, of Callender, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Thursday.

They have two children, five grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, along with six bonus great-grandchildren, and two bonus great-great-grandchildren.

They were married on May 22, 1955, at Unity Methodist Church in Gowrie. He has been farming in the Callender/Gowrie area and she has been china painting.
