BADGER — Jon and Irlene Larson, of Badger, celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Thursday.

Their family includes Amy Sorenson, of Carlisle; Angela Viebrock, of Smithville, Missouri; Christy Krogman, of Des Moines; and Jeremy Larson, of Badger. They have nine grandchildren.

They were married on Nov. 21, 1969, at Badger Lutheran Church in Badger. The couple has made their home in rural Badger where they raised their four children.
