Dennis and Carol Keck, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate their 64th wedding anniversary on Tuesday.

Their family includes Tom and Sandy Keck, of Omaha, Nebraska; Bob and Brenda Keck, of Adel; Mary Oberg, of Fort Dodge; and Amy and Heath Mckeehan, of Omaha, Nebraska. They have nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Carol Deluhery and Dennis Keck were married on Sept. 10, 1960, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fort Dodge. He is a retired educator who taught science at North Junior High, later known as Phillips Middle School. He still volunteers in the classroom where he shares his passion for science, particularly rocks and fossils. She did her nurse’s training in Sioux City and Fort Dodge. She later retired from Trinity Regional Hospital after many years and many nights on call in the surgical department.
