Darlene Jergens

GILMORE CITY — Darlene Jergens, of Gilmore City, will celebrate her 85th birthday on Tuesday.

Her family includes her husband Richard (Putter) of 64 years, Jay and Julie Jergens, Dean and Carla Jergens, all of Gilmore City; Paul and Heather Jergens of Denver, Iowa; and Penny and Corey McDowell of Oak Grove, Louisiana. She has 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was born Sept. 10, 1939, in Whittemore.
