Nancy Jo Henning

DES MOINES — Nancy Jo Henning, Des Moines, formerly of the Gowrie and Fort Dodge area, will celebrate her 80th birthday on July 31.

Her family includes Jackie Rittgers, of Gowrie, and Troy Henning, of Oswego, Illinois. She has seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Nancy Jo Jacobson was born on July 31, 1944, in Fort Dodge, and was raised in the Fort Dodge and Lanyon areas. She graduated from Prairie View High School (now Southeast Valley) in 1962. She is retired from The Iowa Dept of Public Health/Dental Division.
