HUMBOLDT — Leone Rowe, of Humboldt, celebrated her 100th birthday on Thursday.

Her family includes Ron and Kathy Hohenberger, of South Carolina. She has two grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Leone Hohenberger was born on Dec. 7, 1923, and didn’t get to have her 18th birthday party due to the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
