Richard (Sam) Rathbun

OTHO — Richard (Sam) Rathbun, of Otho, will celebrate his 85th birthday on Dec. 29.

He was born Dec, 29, 1938, and raised in Fonda. He has worked various jobs, which included owning the Otho Pub.
