Dorothy Custard

Dorothy Marie Custard, of Tell City, Indiana, formerly of Fort Dodge, will celebrate her 80th birthday on Aug. 22.

Her family includes husband Lloyd Custard, of Tell City; Laurie Vega; Dawn Siebken; Sean Martin; and Heidi Ingram. She has 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Her daughter Diana Martin is deceased.

Dorothy Ruby was born on Aug. 22, 1943, in Fort Dodge, and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. She raised five children and fostered 21 children. She worked mostly in office settings and banking.
