Edna Hawk

URBANDALE — Edna Hawk, of Urbandale, will celebrate her 100th birthday Sunday.

Cards may be sent to her at Glen Oaks Care Center, 8525 Urbandale Ave., Urbandale, IA 50322.

Her family includes sons Warren, Gene and David. She also has five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Her husband, Melvin, and son, Lloyd, are deceased.

Hawk was born Oct. 23, 1922, and graduated from Havelock High School. She resided at Laurens and Des Moines. She worked many years for Principal.
