Mavis and Ron Zeimet

LIVERMORE — Ron and Mavis Zeimet, of Livermore, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary today.

Their family includes Kim and Scott Johnson, of Richmond, Texas; Trudy and Scott Hallgren, of Ottumwa; Paul and Sue Zeimet, of Cave Creek, Arizona; and Lori and Bob Slettehaugh, of Lenexa, Kansas. They have 10 grandchildren.

They were married on Sept. 3, 1962 at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Humboldt. They have lived and farmed just north of Livermore all their married lives.
