POMEROY — Herb Lundberg, of Pomeroy, is celebrating his 80th birthday on Sunday.

His family includes his wife, Karen; Wyatt Lundberg and Chad Lundberg, both of Fort Dodge. He has three grandchildren.

Lundberg was born on July 3, 1942. He has farmed his entire life. He served as the commander of the Pomeroy Amvets Post 42 for many years.
