ROCKWELL CITY — Shirlee Ashbaugh, of Rockwell City, formerly of Lake View, will celebrate her 90th birthday from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Sunnyview Independent Living, Rockwell City.

Her family includes Karen Ashbaugh, of Federal Way, Washington; Debra Owen, of Melbourne Beach, Florida; Scott Ashbaugh, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and John Ashbaugh, of Penn Valley, California. She has seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Her husband, Dr Reuben Ashbaugh, is deceased.

She was born March 10, 1932, in Lake City. She graduated from Lake View High School and Buena Vista University.
