BADGER — Robert Pederson, of Badger, will celebrate his 80th birthday on Tuesday.

His family includes Kim and Lowell Axne, of Humboldt; Amy Pederson, of Badger; and Galen Pederson, of Badger. He has four grandchildren. His wife, Janet Pederson, passed away in May of 2021.

Pederson was born on Nov. 30, 1941. He served in the National Guard from 1964 to 1970. He married Janet Messerly in 1965. He retired from Nels Pederson Construction in 2006.
