Joanne Bowman

CLARE — Joanne L. Bowman, of Clare, will celebrate her 85th birthday Thursday.

Her family includes her husband Ernest Bowman, JoLynn and Stan Greene, Steven and Gail Bowman, Debra and Dan Clinton, Mark and Stephanie Bowman, Brian Bowman and Robert and Diana Bowman. She has 20 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Two grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild are deceased.

Joanne L. Horak was born Oct. 7, 1936, in her grandparents home in Vinton. She married Ernest Bowman on July 5, 1956.
