Jerry and Ruth Auten

Jerry and Ruth Auten, of Fort Dodge will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Jan. 18.

Their family includes David and Kim Rolfes, of Gowrie, and Jerry and Sue Auten, of Norwich, Vermont. They have five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Ruth Mathiesen and Jerry Auten were married Jan. 18, 1956. He is semi-retired from owning and operating Jerry’s Pest Control in Fort Dodge. She retired from nursing at Trinity Regional Medical Center after 41 years.
