Doris Bonnstetter

Doris Bonnstetter, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate her 90th birthday on Dec. 27.

There will be a “drive through” from 2 to 4 p.m.. Dec. 27 in the parking lot of Grace Lutheran Church, 211 S. Ninth St., Fort Dodge, where friends may give her birthday wishes and drop off a card.

Cards may be sent to her at 2320 Sixth Ave. N., No. 103, Fort Dodge, IA 50501.

Her family includes Pam Simpson, Sandy and Al Markey, and Mindy and Jim McColley, all of Fort Dodge, and Rob and Diane Bonnstetter, of Waukee. She has 15 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Her husband, Moran, passed away in 1995 and her grandson, Chad Simpson, passed away in 1991.

Doris Brown was born Dec. 27, 1930, in Marcus and graduated from high school in Fort Dodge. She has lived all of her adult life in Fort Dodge.
