Valentine Hiracheta

Valentine “Deano” Hiracheta, of Fort Dodge, celebrated his 90th birthday on Friday.

He was born on Feb. 14, 1930, in Iowa and lived most his life in Fort Dodge. He married Carmella Sotelo from Albert Lea, Minnesota. They moved to the Quad Cities in the 1950s but returned to Iowa in 1988. They were married for 50 years when his wife died in 2004.
