Richard Hersom

Richard Hersom, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate his 85th birthday Dec. 15.

His family includes Rick and Mary Hersom, of Oskaloosa; Mike and Rachel Hersom, of Lansing, Illinois; and Mark and Juli Hersom, of Altoona. He has has six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. His wife, Janet, is deceased.

Hersom graduated from Mallard High School and Iowa State College. He is retired from Land O’Lakes and the Iowa Air National Guard.
