Marvin Axman

Marvin Axman, of Fort Dodge, formerly of Pomeroy, will celebrate his 80th birthday on Thursday.

His family includes his wife Karen; Bill and Angie Axman, of Pomeroy; Ryan and Amanda Axman, of Mount Pleasant; and Andrea and Jon Renner, of Klemme. He has six grandchildren.

Axman was born Jan. 2, 1940. He was employed by German Mutual Insurance Association of Pomeroy and retired in 2005.
