Peggy Fitzgerald

ROCKWELL CITY– Peggy Fitzgerald, of Rockwell City, formerly of Clare, will celebrate her 95th birthday with an open house from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Rockwell City Library.

Her family includes Renate Fitzgerald, of Wisconsin; Carol and Ken Hupton, of Rockwell City; Mark Fitzgerald, of Denver, Colorado; Jane and Jeff McFarland, of Denver, Colorado; and Danny and Jody Fitzgerald, of Rockwell City. She has 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Her husband James Fitzgerald and sons Eddy Fitzgerald and John Fitzgerald are deceased.

She was born Sept. 9, 1924. She worked in Florida as a medical transcriptionist.
