Dennis and Mary Lu Johnson

Dennis and Mary Lu Johnson will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Thursday.

Their family includes Jeff and Karen Johnson, of Marco Island, Florida; Scott and Michele Johnson, of Fort Dodge; Steve and Susan Johnson, of Mansfield, Texas; and Susan and Clayton Carlson, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota. They have seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mary Lu Hobson and Dennis Johnson were married Aug. 22, 1954, at the First Presbyterian Church in Fort Dodge.
