Don and Dorothy Rogers

Don and Dorothy Rogers, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Friday.

Their family includes Mike Rogers, of Fort Dodge; Michelle and Bill Dowd, of Fort Dodge; and Cathy Anderson. of Ames. They have 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Volf and Don Rogers were married on Aug. 2, 1959, at the Otho Methodist Church.

He retired from the city of Fort Dodge and she retired from the Fort Dodge Community Schools.
