Margaret Madson

EAGLE GROVE — Margaret Madson, of Eagle Grove, will celebrate her 100th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Parish Center, Eagle Grove.

Her family includes Lois McIver, of Eagle Grove; Stan and Donna Madson, of Eagle Grove; and Jim Madson, of Clarion. Her husband, Harold Madson, and son, Robert Madson, are deceased.

Margaret Harmon was born on July 9, 1919, in Pomeroy. She married Harold Madson on Dec. 21, 1938, in Webster City. They made their home in the Renwick-Eagle Grove areas. He passed away in 2001.
