Holm — 70 years

Harold E. and Rosemary Holm, of Fort Dodge, celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on Nov. 28.

Their family includes Dr. Mike and Patty Holm, of Owatanna, Minnesota; and Dr. Richard Holm, of Manson. They have four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Rosemary Wohn and Harold E. Holm were married Nov. 28, 1946,
at Corpus Christi Church, Fort Dodge. They lived

in Duncombe, owning and operating the Standard
Oil Station there. In
1954, they moved to an acreage north of Knierim where they farmed, raising crops and livestock. In addition to helping on the farm, she worked in the offices of Hormel Foods for 29 years. They moved to Fort Dodge in 1976 and continued to farm until 2014.
