More charges filed in sex abuse case Criminal charges continue to pile up for a Fort Dodge man jailed for alleged sexual offenses. Christopher J. Novencido, 44, made his initial appearance in Webster County Magsitrate Court Friday on charges of second degree sexual abuse and incest.
