One person is dead after a fatal collision in Calhoun County.
The accident was reported around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, a driver in a 2005 Dodge Caravan was traveling the wrong way in the westbound lane of U.S. Highway 20. It collided with a westbound 2017 GMC Yukon and both vehicles ended up in the median.
The Caravan driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Iowa State Patrol has not identified anyone involved in the accident.
The accident remains under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol.
