Tee times begin at 8:30 a.m. and run through 10:25. Players will start on either hole No. 1 or 10.

The championship nine, at approximately 3 p.m., will be completed on the back side. The Top-16 with ties will qualify.

Huseman, the son of Fort Dodge chiropractor Bill Huseman and grandson of iconic FDSH Hall of Famer Dutch Huseman, then went on to win the Fort Dodge Amateur championship later in June last year. The former Ankeny Centennial, Indian Hills and Arkansas State University standout was the Lakeside Am champ in 2013, ’16 and ’17.

Ault was the 2015 gold medalist. The former FDSH and Wartburg College standout owns a record seven Lakeside Am crowns.

Kinseth was the winner in 2014.

Habhab, a 2001 Fort Dodge Senior High graduate, worked in both the clubhouse and on the course at Lakeside for superintendent Chad Graaf. He passed away in 2014 at the age of 32.

The tournament was rededicated to honor him in 2015.

Lakeside is a par 36-36–72 layout.
