Andrew Gibb carded a 38 to lead the St. Edmond boys golf team to a 180-206 victory over Greene County here Monday at Lakeside Golf Course.

Gibb had a birdie on hole No. 5, as did Peyton Scott. Drew Schaeffer and Korbin Brown each added 46s, with Scott finishing with a 50.

“Andrew just had a really good round,” SEHS head coach Dan Streit said. “He is coming into form with more golf.

“The guys continue to get better as we get more practice sessions and meets in.”

Preston Derrig added a 54 and Bennett McCarville a 55 for the Gaels.

St. Edmond heads to Clarion for a North Central Conference triangular meet with both Clarion-Goldfield/Dows and Webster City on Tuesday afternoon.
