SE boys tennis team falls to CK

The St. Edmond boys tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Carroll Kuemper on Thursday at Butler Courts.

“They’re a good team and are solid throughout their entire lineup,” said St. Edmond head coach Megan Averill. “(Tanner) Finken was seventh at state last year and is a solid player.

“Even though the score may not indicate it, it helps when you play a good team in the long run.”

The Gaels are back in action on Saturday when they host Sioux City Heelan at the Dodger Courts. Action begins at 10 a.m.
