LAKE CITY – The South Central Calhoun football team picked up a 48-14 victory over Clarinda here Friday night behind another strong offensive game from Hunter Muhlbauer and Kody Case.

Muhlbauer connected with Case on three touchdowns from 16, 13 and 49 yards, finishing the night 10-for-12 passing for 192 yards. Case had six of those catches for 101 yards and the three scores, while adding 35 yards rushing and another TD.

Ashten Halvorsen had nine carries for 64 yards and two scores, while Tanner Macke also had a rushing touchdown.

Case, Cody Schumacher, Brendan Henkelman, Brandon Assman and AJ Neubaum all recovered fumbles on defense for the Titans (4-1 overall, 3-0 in district).

Tyler Jones had a team-high 12 tackles.
