Proceeds go toward upkeep and maintenance of the historic Vincent House. Constructed in 1872, the house follows the Second Empire style characterized by the mansard roof and tall narrow windows.
It was bequeathed to the YWCA in the 1960s from the Vincent-Deardorf family and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is now used primarily for meetings, parties, receptions and other special events.
