Five local human service agencies have partnered to present information on services available to adults and children with disabilities. A panel discussion will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the LifeWorks/Northwoods vocational site across the street from Tom Thumb, 1303 A St.

Panelists represent Children and Families of Iowa; Iowa Home Care; LifeWorks Community Services; Northwoods Living, a Service of Opportunity Village; and Webster County Case Management. They will answer such questions as what services are available, who provides it, whom to call, and how does payment work.

This is a free seminar that includes a light supper. People interested in the presentation can register by calling LifeWorks at 576-2126.

The event is sponsored by Children and Families of Iowa, Iowa Home Care, LifeWorks and Northwoods Living.
