WEBSTER CITY - The Webster City boys led for just a handful of seconds Tuesday night, but it was the most important ones, pulling out a 42-41 victory over St. Edmond.

Mason Myers knocked down a three-pointer with just four seconds left from the top of the key, giving the Lynx (8-8 overall, 8-6 in NCC) their fourth straight victory.

David Flattery's desperation shot at the buzzer missed for the Gaels (12-6, 11-5), who lost by a point on Saturday, as well. Flattery scored a team-high 14, while Robby Burke added 12.
