I would like to sincerely thank the community for participating and supporting the 4th Congressional District Democratic Affirmative Action Awareness Summit on July 30. (Held in Fort Dodge at the Iowa Central Community College Bioscience and Health auditorium).

Dave Flattery, City Council, mayor pro tem, thank you for attending and extending the welcome on behalf of the city. Sheriff James Stubbs, Councilman Terry Moehnke, Former State Sen. Daryl Beall and ICCC Professor David Drissell, thank you for sharing your experiences and speeches on affirmative sction.

Thank you to Mayor Matt Bermrich who communicated his well wishes as he was out of town and unable to attend. As well as to Police Chief Kevin Doty who was also out of town and unable to attend.

Thank you to Webster County and 4th Congressional District Democrats, Constituency Caucus representatives, all the various speakers, Russ McNeil, ICCC, the pastors for your opening and closing prayers, our state House representatives and candidates for your attendance, support and participation.
