Disapproves of Trump

To the editor:

Trump is the me-first, forget-about-everyone-else candidate.

There is no pretense to the dangerous ugly traits of the bully Donald Trump and his “fair and balanced” disregard for common decency. The fear mongering, hatred, pathological lying, ignorance and bigotry are out for all to see.

The voters are confronted with a rigged tax system, illegal immigration, climate change, and world terrorism. We also are faced with real threats to Social Security, education, economic inequality, abortion and the role of racism and religion in society. All of which has driven voters to the point they do not trust either party. They know that the only issues that the “do nothing” dysfunctional Congress will address are those that benefit the majority party’s elite.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said it best, it seems your only choices are do you want to be “shot or poisoned?” This presidential election gives the voter only one choice is to hold their nose and vote their conscience.

To protect our constitutional rights voters must register, get involved and push elected officials to represent all citizens. But, if voters stay home, stay silent and do not vote they will get (what they deserve).
