To the editor:

The board would like to express their gratitude on everyone who helped with the pulled pork dinner that was held as a fundraiser for the museum.

A special thanks to the VFW, Fareway, Party Productions, Becker Florists, radio stations, Mediacom, The Messenger, Gowrie and Dayton newspapers, Wal-Mart and Hy-Vee, who helped us so much, also to all the servers and the bakers. A special thanks to all who donated baskets for the silent auction. A very special thanks to Jack Mallaro for all the help and the great music he provided at the dinner.

A survey was taken and the citizens of Webster County want to see the museum remain open. In order to do this financial and volunteer help is needed. Please address your checks to Webster County Museum, 515 School St., Otho, IA 50569.
