Upset with IUB
To the editor:
I was absolutely dumbfounded when I read about the Iowa Utilities Board’s response to Dakota Access violating construction rules. I suggest that they are only trying to cover their own incompetencies as well as their general counsel. My opinion, the three board members and general counsel should be terminated immediately. If they can’t write a simple business contract and enforce its contents we don’t need their services. Adequate adjectives to describe their inabilities to oversee this project escape me.
