GOWRIE — Star L. Havard 99, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Avenue at Medina Care Rehabilitation in Medina, Ohio. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the Palmer Funeral Home, Gowrie. Burial will be at Gowrie Township Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
